Submission of an application does not guarantee account approval. Sterling Meridian may approve, decline, pause, or request additional information at any stage of review.

Users must provide accurate information and must not use the platform for fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose.

Sterling Meridian may restrict account access, transaction capability, or application progress where review, risk, documentation, or operational requirements have not been satisfied.

Sterling Meridian may update these terms as product, operational, risk, or legal requirements evolve.
